Standard Delivery (Not including Restricted/Remote areas)
Available timeslots for standard delivery within Singapore
Monday to Friday (9am – 1pm, 1pm – 5pm, 5pm – 9pm),
Saturday, Sunday (Temporarily no deliveries due to COVID-19),
Public holidays (Subjected to Availability).
(Dear valued customers any special instructions for earlier/later delivery will not be entertained.)
(Example: Requesting our driver to send after 3pm when the selected standard delivery timeslot is 1pm to 5pm.)
Restricted/Remote Areas Delivery
Please ensure that our drivers are given clearance to enter restricted areas for the delivery.
Our Customer Service personnel will contact you regarding the clearance details.
Delivery to Marina Bay Sands
For security reasons, Marina Bay Sands (MBS) security office requires the recipient to apply permit for delivery vehicles. As such, either you or the recipient need to arrange clearance with MBS’s security office. We will not be held responsible for any failed deliveries if you or recipient failed to obtain clearance.

Seasonal Period
During the seasonal period, standard delivery timeslots will be merge into 9am to 5pm. (excluding night time delivery)
Standard delivery timeslots/fee within Singapore may subject to changes and/or increase without further notice. You may wish to check the delivery fee during checkout or call us at 6766 7000 for further enquiries.
Valentine’s Day
Standard delivery will only be from 9am – 5pm. Choosing other timeslots like 9am to 1pm will incur an extra charge. (Price will be listed at the end of checkout)
Please note that prices will increase on orders for deliveries made between 9th and 16th February.
Please ensure that your recipient’s address, contact numbers, and messages are correct when placing your order. Due to high order rate, strictly no amendments will be entertained.
Items will be sent to the General Office for school deliveries.
During this time we will halt deliveries to all restricted/remote areas and Sentosa.
Lunar New Year
Business will be closed on day 1 and day 2 of the Lunar New Year. No deliveries will be made.
