Terms and Conditions
The following terms and condition listed on this page shall apply to all purchases and orders made on www.prince.com.sg

Prince’s Freshness
One of Prince’s top priority is to strive that any flowers arranged or other perishable items will be delivered fresh. If the product(s) received is not fresh, we seek your co-operation to write an email in (flower@prince.com.sg) together with relevant images for verifications purposes.

For perishable items, items with less than 3 months on the expiry date (counting from the expected delivery date) will not be sent out.

Any flower arrangement or item deemed not fresh after our investigation. A fresh flower arrangement or item will be sent out at no additional charge.
(Flower arrangement and item will follow the same design as ordered by you)

Delivery
Prince’s Flower Shop will not be held responsible for any late or non-deliveries under the following conditions:

-Address given is incorrect
-No such recipient at the given address
-Recipient is not present at the location within the requested delivery hours.
-No reachable or valid contact numbers was given for our drivers or customer service officers to contact the recipient in order to complete the delivery successfully.

Therefore please ensure that the delivery date, delivery address and recipient’s contact details are accurate, and that the recipient is present to receive the order. We are not liable for any failed deliveries if the above conditions are not met.
Re-delivery is chargeable.

Self Collection
By choosing self collection and confirming the date, you hereby agree to self collect at the date selected within 9am to 4.30pm. Prince’s Flower Shop will not be held responsible for any no-show or late collection cases. Product(s) completion time depends on the quantity ordered. For single item; usually 30 minutes to 1 hour.

At Prince’s Flower Shop we take pride in ensuring our delivery of fresh flowers are made within the timeframe requested by our valued customers. Quality of fresh flowers can be unpredictable due to unforeseen circumstances. With guarantee of fresh flowers to be delivered on time, substitutions may be necessary.

Substitution
Our Prince’s florists’ top priority is to arrange best quality products delivered to its intended recipient. Therefore substitutions may be made by our floral arrangers to fulfil your orders on time

  • For flowers:
    To ensure your recipient receive fresh flowers on time, substitution will be made by our florists, if necessary, an equal (different colour or variety) or higher value of the flowers will be used.
  • For baskets/vases/boxes/stands:
    To ensure your order(s) arrives on time, substitution will be made by our florists, if necessary, an equal (different colour or variety) or higher value of the basket/vase/box/stand will be used.
  • Our florists will strive to maintain the original look and feel of the arrangement while making any substitutions.

Refunding/Replacing
As much as we would like to strive to be perfect, human errors may happen.

Late Delivery
If the delivery was made late and the recipient accepted the item. A discount code (up to 15% depending on the severity of the late delivery) will be given for your next purchase order

No Delivery
If no delivery was made despite your order, we will immediately arrange the next possible delivery date for your order. (Kindly provide the order reference code for verification purposes) Refund up to 30% will be given back to you.

Unsatisfied Products
Product(s) received unsatisfied and is affirmed by our Prince’s personnel; a new product(s) will be sent out at no additional charge.

Refunding
Refunds are made depending on the severity of cases. Our customer service officers will strictly follow Prince’s management decision on whether to issue a refund regardless of amount.

Customer Service
Our Prince’s customer service officers are trained to follow the guidelines and protocols given by our company. They strive to serve all customers with great professionalism.

Valued customers are advised not to verbally abuse our friendly customer service officers in the event when things do not go well. If need be, our CSOs reserves the right to pass on the conversation to our manager or executive if the situation escalate. Any threats made against our personnel will be kept in record and might be submitted for a police report if the conflict remain unsolved.

Alcohol-related products
Kindly take note that Prince’s do not allow delivery of alcoholic products to recipients that are below 18 years old.

Prince’s Flower Shop reserves the right to stop any alcoholic products from reaching the intended recipient if he or she appear to be under 18 years old and unable to prove their age with appropriate documents. If a redelivery is requested to send the alcoholic product to a different recipient that is over the age of 18, redelivery fee will be imposed to ensure the completion of the order.

Rest assured, if the alcoholic product order came with a non-alcoholic product, the latter will be delivered as requested while the alcoholic part of the order will be withheld by Prince’s. (Applicable if the intended recipient is below 18 years old)

Variation of Terms
Prince’s Flower Shop Pte Ltd is permitted to revise these terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.

Entire Agreement
These page constitute the Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy (https://prince.com.sg/privacy-policy/) between Prince’s Flower Shop Pte Ltd and you in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Singapore Government, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Singapore for the resolution of any disputes.

Changes to our Terms and Conditions
We may update our terms and conditions from time to time. We will update you of any changes by posting the new T & C on this page.
You are advised to review this T & C page periodically for any changes. Changes to this T & C page are effective when they are posted on this page.
