Refund Policy

No refund will be given for any cancellation.

Any other refund requests will be granted or denied at the sole discretion of Prince’s Flower Shop Pte Ltd. Prince’s Flower Shop Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund request.

Our couriers will wait up to 10 minutes if the recipient cannot be reached through mobile to avoid delays in our operations. The buyer then has the option of paying an extra $15 for re-delivery at a later time or date.
